Shipping, Sales Tax, and Returns

US Customers: All products are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order via USPS First Class mail and should arrive within 3 - 5 days.

The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is approved or shipped.

Sales tax is only charged on orders shipped to a Nevada address.

International Customers: The shipping carrier and cost is calculated at checkout.

*IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international and Canadian orders.

If you are not happy with your product for any reason, contact us. We will issue you an RMA number and repair, replace, or refund your purchase, whichever you prefer.
